Full Buck Moon is rising tonight! Took this photo yesterday as a day before the actual full moon gives a whole hour of after-sunset skies that still have some color in it.
Also called Thunder moon (very appropriate for the past couple of weeks) and Hay moon in old farmer’s almanac. This year July’s full moon rises in rebellious Aquarius, illuminating our sense of individuality and inspiring us to seek collaborations with a like-minded community.
Aquarius is a socially-focused air sign, representing unconventional, forward-thinking, rebellious energy. Reminding that we are not alone in our struggles and fortunes – we are all invaluable pieces of the larger whole. Thus, from all the NYC landmarks I chose the Lady Liberty as a foreground for the rising moon:)
